Phil has been an ordained minister for over four and a half decades and has experience in all types of church ministry.
Phil, with his wife, Helen founded New Springs UK and the New Springs City Church in Loughborough in 1996.
Phil’s ministry is visionary, motivational and inspirational. He is seen as the Father of the House, and oversees all the New Springs Ministries.
